Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hearth, the family coordination service at ourhearth.ai, provided by Daedalus Intelligence Works, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using Hearth you agree to these Terms.
The agreement
Our Terms adopt the Common Paper Terms of Service Standard Terms — a free, openly-licensed agreement — which are incorporated here by reference. The Cover Page below fills in the variables those Standard Terms leave to us; where the two conflict, the Cover Page controls.
Cover Page
- Provider
- Daedalus Intelligence Works, Inc.
- Service
- Hearth — the family coordination service at ourhearth.ai, including Agent Heath and the apps you create.
- Customer
- The person who creates a Hearth workspace, on behalf of their household.
- Fees
- Free during the private alpha. We’ll give notice before introducing any paid plan.
- Subscription period
- Month-to-month during the alpha; either of us may stop at any time.
- Acceptable use
- Personal and family use. Don’t use Hearth unlawfully, to harm others, or to circumvent the boundaries described on our Security page.
- Governing law & courts
- State of Delaware, USA.

Alpha software
Hearth is in active development and provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the private alpha. Features may change or break, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service. Please keep your own copies of anything important.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
